Education:

Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
- Must have proven experience in Graphics Design & Social Media Marketing.
- knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
- Experience in digital content creation and ad campaign management will be an advantage.
- Previous call center/telesales experience preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Manage telesales & client communication effectively.
- Prepare and maintain daily call reports.
- Design creative social media posts, flyers, and digital content for campaigns.
- Plan & manage social media marketing
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote services/products online.
- Maintain good customer relationship and ensure client satisfaction.
