• At least 3 Years in Store and Warehouse

• Skills Required: Stock Management, Store Management, Store/Inventory

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Should have good knowledge in ERP.

• Excellent communication skill and literacy in computer.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

• Ability to work with all levels of company staff.

• Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.

Job Context

This is a full-time position. We are looking for individuals that have the ability to think laterally and possess a sound understanding of store & inventory management

Job Description/Responsibility

• Using ERP for inventory control.

• Preparing reports and documents.

• Lead the store team to ensure the store operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training store employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.

• Develop store operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

• Train and manage a store team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

• Supervise daily activities of the store inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.

• Meet regularly with store leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and apace utilization.

• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

• Ensure on-time delivery by maintaining LIFO & FIFO.
