B.S.C. in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering will get preference.
The position is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient transport fleet operations through timely maintenance, repair supervision, and procurement support. The role requires close coordination with workshops, vendors, and end users to maintain vehicle quality, minimize downtime, and ensure cost-effective service management in alignment with company standards and operational goals
•Receive and respond to all service and maintenance requirements from the transport workshop.
•Monitor vehicle repairing activities at designated workshops and maintain quality and timeliness.
•Collect quotations through RFQ, prepare comparative statements (CS), and obtain management approval.
•Visit workshops physically to ensure the quality of repair and maintenance work.
•Source vehicle parts and accessories for trucks, forklifts, and other transport equipment.
•Conduct frequent market visits to identify vendors and assess market conditions.
•Process procurement of CAPEX items in compliance with company policies.
•Communicate with end users to resolve maintenance-related issues at the earliest possible time.
•Provide prompt support to ensure smooth and uninterrupted transport fleet operations.
