We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive – Supply Chain who will manage end-to-end procurement for media and branding materials, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. The role requires strong coordination with marketing, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Procure all media, branding, and promotional materials including billboards, POSM, event accessories, display units, and dealer/retailer gifts.
Source reliable vendors for printing, fabrication, logistics, and marketing-related supplies.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
Prepare RFQs, CS sheets, purchase orders, and maintain all procurement documentation accurately.
Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, Events, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align requirements and execution.
Track delivery timelines, stock levels, and distribution of materials to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain an updated supplier and rate database.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement in procurement processes.
