Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,East West University,Jagannath University students will get preference
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Requirements:
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning
Skills Required: Buyer Handling,Negotiation Skills,Spinining factory,Yarn Costing,Yarn Marketing
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in yarn selling and marketing within the spinning industry.
- In-depth understanding of the spinning industry, including products, processes, and market dynamics.
- Having knowladge in SAP will get extra preferance.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to expand the company`s reach.
Execute effective sales strategies to sell more products (yarn) and continue the market growth.
Support team on documentation for LC, PI and SO and keep updated on all the documentation.
Maintain an accurate record of all functions by using SAP.
Maintain regular communication with PP, MM, and commercial.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and build loyalty.
Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Prepare pre- and post-shipment commercial documents, ensuring the completion of all necessary export-related documentation.
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensure optimal allocation of resource for maximim ROI.
