Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,East West University,Jagannath University students will get preference

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning

• Minimum 8 years of experience in yarn selling and marketing within the spinning industry.
• In-depth understanding of the spinning industry, including products, processes, and market dynamics.
• Having knowladge in SAP will get extra preferance.

• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to expand the company`s reach.

• Execute effective sales strategies to sell more products (yarn) and continue the market growth.

• Support team on documentation for LC, PI and SO and keep updated on all the documentation.

• Maintain an accurate record of all functions by using SAP.

• Maintain regular communication with PP, MM, and commercial.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and build loyalty.

• Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Prepare pre- and post-shipment commercial documents, ensuring the completion of all necessary export-related documentation.

• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensure optimal allocation of resource for maximim ROI.
