∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Science
∎ Experience in polymer, plastic, pigments, dyes, or related industries (preferred).

∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing new masterbatch formulations for different applications.
∎ Conduct trials and evaluate the performance of raw materials, polymers, and additives.
∎ Innovate and optimize existing formulations for improved performance and cost efficiency.
∎ Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards for product quality and consistency.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of test results and report deviations promptly.
∎ Study the compatibility of pigments, dyes, and additives with various polymers.
∎ Conduct experiments to analyze thermal, mechanical, and optical properties of materials.
∎ Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up of formulations.
∎ Interact with suppliers and vendors to evaluate raw materials.
