Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Master's or BBA/MBA degree in any discipline (Preferred: Chemistry Department) from any reputed Public and Private University.
Job Context:

∎ Job Location: Banani, Dhaka (Head Office).
∎ Type of employment: Permanent / Full time
∎ YOUR COMMITMENT: You are required to sign an indemnity renewable Bond/Agreement to serve the organization for a minimum period of 05 (Five) years.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To promote sales and marketing.
∎ Sales / Marketing Development for the Masterbatch and additives in Bangladesh market.
∎ Follow ups of all existing enquiries, generate new projects / prospects pipelines aiming sales to new customers.
∎ Support, Maintain and Grow current business.
∎ Negotiate the offers and close the deals.
∎ Keep regular update of raw materials status (in and out).
∎ Maintain our regular supplier communication.
∎ Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management.
∎ Work in close coordination with our company higher management.
∎ Identify opportunities to grow.
∎ Attending chemicals exhibitions fairs and other industry events in order to expand your network and boost our business relationships.
∎ Intensive market research with focus on expanding the company's customer base and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
∎ To harmonize co-ordination amongst sales, accounts and factory.
∎ To do any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: Not over 35 years as on 30 November 2023.
∎ Knowledge in Masterbatch, Additive, Pigments, Polymer or other related industries minimum 1- 2 years or above sales experience.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports. Fluent in English.
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality.
∎ Good Interpersonal skill for maintaining relationship with customers and suppliers.
∎ Firm commitment for a long-term cooperation. Ready to take challenges and achieve targets.
∎ Easy to travel within Bangladesh and abroad.
∎ Computer skills experience Mid to High on MS Packages (MS Office & Excel, Power Point, Microsoft 365).
