Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline from reputed private or public university.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed university (preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments final inspection, Pattern Knowledge, QMS and Technical Audit, Should knowledge about Denim Wash
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a quality policy to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Ensure First In line after 100pcs output. Monitor the DHU report to identify the continued defects and work with respective production team to get it correct. Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees. Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors. Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Production planning & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR, to give size set sample approval, Conduct PP meeting, follow up In line inspection, Pre final inspection.
∎ To provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buying house.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP, Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base).
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issue.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Management.

∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bengali and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
