∎ Candidate will get preference who have vast knowledge & experience of Continuous Dyeing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dyeing plans based on order requirements.
∎ Allocate machines and manpower efficiently to meet production deadlines.
∎ Monitor batch plans and optimize machine utilization.
∎ Assess production capacity of dyeing machines and auxiliary equipment.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and plan accordingly to avoid delays.
∎ Coordinate with store and procurement to ensure availability of dyes, chemicals, and yarns before processing.
∎ Raise material requisitions in advance.
∎ Analyze order sheets and determine required production timelines.
∎ Follow up with merchandising and marketing teams for order priorities or changes.
∎ Liaise with dyeing, lab, finishing, and QC departments to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Communicate daily production targets and receive updates.
∎ Maintain planning sheets and production status reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
∎ Prepare efficiency, delay, and utilization reports for management review.
∎ Monitor each batch's progress to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Take corrective action for delays.
∎ Suggest ways to reduce lead time and increase productivity.
∎ Implement software tools (ERP, Excel automation) for better planning.
∎ Distribute production load across machines based on capacity and availability.
∎ Reallocate if there is a breakdown or urgent order.
∎ Ensure planning processes comply with quality, safety, and audit requirements.
