Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor advancements in e-commerce and digital space, as well as competitive landscape, for opportunities and new ideas to improve our customer's digital experience.
∎ Set up initiatives to drive engaging customer experience for both site and retention.
∎ Gather data and requests from various sources (site analytics, customers, internal global and market teams, competitive space) and crystallize into concrete insights, opportunities, and road map enhancements.
∎ Lead e-commerce vendor relationships that impact the end user trust and relationship with the brand and site engagement.
∎ Test all functionality in pre-production and production to ensure seamless customer experience.
∎ Monitor workflows of new product set-up
∎ Lead a continuous improvement mindset in the team, looking for and implementing fresh ideas for to improve the customer experience
∎ Clearing pending orders with the confirmation of sellers.
∎ Ensuring pickup & delivery.
∎ Ensuring drop-off by coordinating with Sellers and Receiving Team.
∎ Solving different customer issues like "Missing Item Issue", "Color Confirmation Issue", "Size Confirmation Issue", "Cancellation Issue" "Installation Issue" etc. through IR by Sales-Force Case.
∎ Giving return updates to sellers and informing them to take back / received their returns.
∎ Solving Operational query from Ops team like "Servicing Issue" "QC related Issue" etc.
∎ Give training to sellers.
∎ Maintaining Good and Strong relationship with sellers.
∎ Payment collect from DP & settled Sellers payments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2+ years of working experience in relevant filed. Freshers are discouraged to apply.
∎ Working experience in e-commerce industry is must.
∎ Very good communication and convincing skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Interested to take challenges and learn new things.
∎ Fluent in both English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office, Google Sheets and Reporting.
Salary: Negotiable
