∎ The incumbent should have bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Planning /Production Operations Management/textile engineering from any reputed local/ foreign university.

∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sweater production, Woven Garments (Bottom)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the operation bulletin and line lay out for every new style.
∎ Work place designing.
∎ Analyze individual operators performance.
∎ Time- study, capacity study, production study follow up.
∎ Monitoring line score sheets by hourly basis.
∎ Training operators eff follow up.
∎ Commando operators efficiency follow ( production card )
∎ Unskilled operator’s performance follow up.
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors.(COT)
∎ Making folder and attachment Requirement.
∎ Making micro mc requirement
∎ Line balancing.
∎ Op skill analysis board update daily basic ( on 8.30 am)
∎ Ensure every sewing op having skill card with pictures
∎ Operator Skill card Update when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart and Proactive
∎ Very good in implementing IE practices
∎ Clear understanding on practical knowhow on bottom processes, automations, etc
∎ Experience of work in sample section will add value
∎ Computer knowledge with data analysis ability is compulsory
∎ Must have good communication skill and well behavior
