∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert working in MS Access Software.
∎ Digitalization of work, which are related to this housing society. For example- All the original deed, viya deed, inheritance certificate, porcha, etc. should be stored in the record room. And its entry in computer as database and update these databases regularly.
∎ Record keeping in record room and in software. For example- Keeping records of all registered deed, Bayna Deed, (as per Mauza, RS Dag).
∎ Database Maintenance - All the other organization which are related to our organization, keep record of their all purchased document.
∎ Preserve of viya deed and Preserve all (CS+ SA+ RS+ Other BS) porcha & its related documents and entry in computer as database and update these databases regularly.
∎ Keep all mutation and its related documents properly. And its entry in computer as database and update these databases regularly.
∎ Land related other documents & office related important documents keep in record room and it's soft copy in computer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Year of experience - Minimum 4/5 years of experience.
∎ Skills- MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point.
∎ Must be proficient in Bangla and English typing.
∎ Record keeping ( Softcopy and Hardcopy)
∎ Other -Sincere, honest, dynamic, energetic, proactive.
Salary:
∎ As per company policy.
