Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in Human Resource Management will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, payroll management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare monthly salary (Overtime, off-day payment, accommodation, mobile bill and deduction etc.)
∎ Check monthly attendance (Hardcopy & HR software)
∎ Prepare payroll related cash requisitions
∎ Prepare various reports on compensation and benefit.
∎ Assist to prepare income tax certificate & documentation of CHALAN at the end of the year (Tax fiscal year).
∎ Maintain insurance claim and settlement process
∎ Prepare all employee Certificate
∎ Assist to Handling employee grievance and disputes as per labor law
∎ Update employee personal files
∎ Maintain Liaison with bank (Salary A/C opening, LoI, forwarding letter etc.)
∎ Perform daily compensation & benefit related task and other activities as assigned by the reporting authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good working knowledge in Excel.
∎ Knowledge of HRIS software will be an advantage
∎ knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Ability to keep the information confidential
∎ Good teamwork and deadline focused

Salary: Negotiable
