Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, Management
∎ Graduate form any reputed Public /Private University.
∎ Applicants who have knowledge in HR background will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CV Sortlist, Manpower Recruitment, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per requirement of management.
∎ Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection and placement.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
∎ To maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office and IT related areas.
