Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform and ensure core business HR activities and practices.
∎ To place manpower as per organogram and ensure right manpower at right place as per needed.
∎ Assist to recruitment process (interview call and others arrangement).
∎ Preparing Job Description as per needed.
∎ Responsible for all kind of drafting.
∎ Conduct employee orientation program and exit interview.
∎ Assist to Succession planning promotion or increment as per needed.
∎ Responsible for verification process.
∎ Assist to factory co-ordination as per needed.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well experienced in Corporate HR function in reputed company.
∎ Strong ability to identify, network, connect and recruit best manpower resources.
∎ Experienced in capability & capacity management & development.
∎ Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law and Bangladesh Labor Rules.
∎ Strong in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
