∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge on sustainable fabric, Sustainability, survey etc.
∎ Should be very proficient in English Communication
∎ Should have courage to deal with the buyer regarding sustainable issues
∎ Should have experience to face GRS / RCS / OCS / GOTS audit
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to collect department wise proper sustainable fabric/packaging data to update sustainability survey yearly which will be verified by 3rd party.
∎ Banded chemical related follow-up with Textile Mills and foreign fabrics supplier to keep update the Buyer
∎ Need to attend Buyer’s Textiles Survey Training Online/ in- person.
∎ Prepare sustainable related presentation for buyer.
∎ All Commercial document (invoice/PL/BL/LC) collect from commercial and scan to update to 3rd party during garments shipment.
∎ Collect Buyer’s PO Sheet, Fabric PI & LC, fabric and subcontracting (print, embroidery, wash) process factory delivery & receiving challan, test report, raw material TC (Fiber/Yarn/ Fabric TC), Final inspection report and scan to update to 3rd party.
∎ Filled up 3rd party application forms, quality control sheet through online for garments TC.
∎ Need to maintain balance sheet (fabric utilization & balance stock against issued TC) Need to attend GRS/RCS/OCS/GOTS audit at factory with all records.
