Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Processing of Work permits, security clearance & Visas for expatriate staff.
∎ Issuance of invitation letters, air ticket booking & hotel bookings, and accommodation arrangements, at home and abroad including local logistics management and providing protocol support.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicles, and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Timely allocation of the vehicle fleet and drivers.
∎ To deal with all kinds of Government Certification of the Company (Immigration Office, BIDA, Labour Ministry, etc).
∎ Handling Corporate cafe and taking care of all sorts of refreshments.
∎ Managing all kinds of administrative bills.
∎ To carry out day-to-day administrative tasks as when required.
