Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.
∎ Conducting stock inspections in a timely manner and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
∎ Performing regular inventory checks and maintaining stock levels.
∎ Maintain perfect FIFO/FEFO for all products movement.
∎ Set distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals.
∎ Conduct trainings to team members as needed.
∎ Confirm shift and work schedule of all ASM & SM.
∎ Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Plan and schedule deliveries to meet company needs.
∎ Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
∎ Conducts all inventory works in ERP
∎ Confirm monthly/quarterly full inventory audit with internal or external auditor.
∎ Direct the functions and personnel of a shift or function to achieve desired results per the daily operations plan.
∎ Assist in the recruitment efforts of all DC personnel.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams as necessary to develop network best practices focused on process improvement and leadership development.
