Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from different stakeholders.
Assist to design and execute effective recovery strategies to proactively mitigate company risks and minimize bad debts.
Investigate and resolve payment irregularities and disputes through legal and professional channels.
Establish and maintain effective liaison with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities when required.
Drive for achieving monthly dues collection target.
Monitor customer accounts, prepare recovery reports, and present updates to management.
Conduct field visits to ensure proper recovery activities.
Ensure that all recovery activities comply with company policy, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
