• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor`s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field from a recognized university.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar QMS role within the RMG industry.

• Proven hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 QMS is mandatory.

• Experience in handling customer and third-party audits.

• In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and AQL standards.

• Certified Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor training for ISO 9001:2015 will be given high preference.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram).

• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills in both Bengali and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Ensure all quality policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented, updated, and effectively communicated across the production floor and relevant departments.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the QMS, customer standards, and internal requirements.
• Host and facilitate external audits by customers, certification bodies (e.g., for ISO), and other third parties.
• Prepare and submit detailed quality reports, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports, and management review presentations.
• Lead root cause analysis for major quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
• Train and coach quality and production staff on QMS principles, quality standards, and best practices.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives for quality improvement.
• Liaise with merchandising and production teams to understand and implement specific customer quality requirements.
• Maintain all QMS-related documentation and records systematically.
