Additional Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a similar QMS role within the RMG industry.
Proven hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 QMS is mandatory.
Experience in handling customer and third-party audits.
In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and AQL standards.
Certified Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor training for ISO 9001:2015 will be given high preference.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., 8D, 5Why, Fishbone Diagram).
Excellent documentation and report-writing skills in both Bengali and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context: - Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Ensure all quality policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented, updated, and effectively communicated across the production floor and relevant departments.
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the QMS, customer standards, and internal requirements.
- Host and facilitate external audits by customers, certification bodies (e.g., for ISO), and other third parties.
- Prepare and submit detailed quality reports, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports, and management review presentations.
- Lead root cause analysis for major quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
- Train and coach quality and production staff on QMS principles, quality standards, and best practices.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives for quality improvement.
- Liaise with merchandising and production teams to understand and implement specific customer quality requirements.
- Maintain all QMS-related documentation and records systematically.
