Strong computer and data management skills.
Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Visio will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Drive a culture of 5S and Kaizen across the organization.
Ensure adherence to 5S standards in all areas and conduct regular audits.
Conduct Lean training sessions and share best practices.
Lead, coach, and facilitate systematic problem-solving initiatives.
Communicate Lean progress and updates to business leaders.
Drive central Lean projects as required.
Implement unit-level Lean initiatives such as QCO, 5S, TPM, KPI rewarding, and recognition programs.
Analyze unit KPIs and data to identify opportunities and propose new projects.
