• Proven experience in system support, network engineering, and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with networking protocols and technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Provide regular IT support and services to ensure smooth operational continuity.

• Administer and maintain systems and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), including routers, switches, firewalls, and CCTV systems.

• Ensure robust network security and functionality across platforms.

• Manage cloud platforms and virtualization technologies to optimize IT infrastructure.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments.

• Provide timely and effective problem resolution, identifying technical issues and implementing solutions.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and IT support.

• Continuously monitor and improve the organization’s IT infrastructure to enhance performance and security.
