Buyer Audit, Compensation & Benefits, Human Resource Management, Labor Law, payroll management, Preparing Salary Sheet

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time salary of all the employees.
∎ Maintain payroll systems to handle transactions for payroll accounts.
∎ Ensure that factory management receives daily attendance reports.
∎ Responsible for all planned and unforeseen payroll actions as well as gathering, computing, and creating additional payroll-related reports.
∎ Responsible for verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll.
∎ Ensuring smooth final settlements and maternity benefit process.
∎ Co-operating with various departments to maintain a timely scheduled salary disbursement.
∎ Efficient in handling various buyer audits.
∎ Maintain HR software properly.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Must have good working knowledge regarding English Reading, Writing & speaking.
∎ Good understanding on core HR practices.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer, basically MS Office packages.
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply.
