Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information related to products, services, and policies
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company offerings and be able to explain them clearly to customers
- Log customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on solutions
- Assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges, and service requests
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to processes
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
- Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Process payments, refunds, and maintain up-to-date payment records
- Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with the finance department on billing adjustments or escalations
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports
