Responsibilities & Context:
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information related to products, services, and policies
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company offerings and be able to explain them clearly to customers
  • Log customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on solutions
  • Assist with order placement, refunds, exchanges, and service requests
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to processes
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
  • Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Process payments, refunds, and maintain up-to-date payment records
  • Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with the finance department on billing adjustments or escalations
  • Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports
