∎ The applicant must have work experience in the Central Store (Fabric, Accessories, Trims, Spare Parts, Chemical) with a large Garments/Textile industry.
∎ Candidates who have experience with logic software will get preference.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, and Quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Ensure proper store compliance.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely, and that warehouse space is utilized efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Develop and maintain a software-based system for delivering materials to the production floor according to plan.
∎ Maintain close liaison with the Merchandising Department and cater to their requirement successfully.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
