∎ BSc or MSc in Bio-Chemistry/Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or any other relevant subject from a reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job holder is responsible for achieving sales growth, gaining market, and meeting targets in an assigned area.
∎ Increase sales volumes, achieve and possibly overachieve the sales targets
∎ Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
∎ He/she will be responsible for discovering new customers and increase the sales volume of the company.
∎ Identify customer needs and trends and presents different cleaning and hygiene products and support services to customers appropriately and effectively.
∎ To prepare Monthly target and also monthly target vs. achievement report based on collection individuals.
∎ Sell the company s products or services directly to users.
∎ Listen to customer requirements and presents appropriately to make a sale Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstration.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
∎ Ensure achieving month-wise individual Sales Targets as well as Team members' sales Targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-year(s) experience in the chemical or QC instruments trading field. For exceptionally qualified candidates, it could be flexible.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Pharma Industries, Analytical instruments, lab technology, Accessories, Chemicals, Primary and Secondary Standards, Consumables, Instruments, Software etc.
∎ Experience in working with the Pharma, Hotels, Hospital and Restaurant market is desirable.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure, sales target achieves, regular follow-up with the client.
∎ Having managerial, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, strategic planning, and other related business skills is crucial.
∎ Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Should have excellent skills in management prioritization
