Experience:
B.SC in IPE/Textile Engineering from any reputed University.
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience in Planning Department with Knit & Woven (Jacket) garments.
Collect the buyer plan from the merchant.
Month-wise order quantity forecasting with value.
TNA monitoring and follow up PP approval timetable.
Checking order-wise fabric booking sheet and coordinate with the fabric planning team.
Follow up Pre-production activities and sewing production planning/Line loading plan.
Making a cutting plan for proper sewing line feedback.
Follow the print & embroidery delivery time schedule.
Checking accessories in-house status.
Checking ratio-wise order cutting, sewing input, packing status, etc.
Daily overall production follow-up for on-time delivery.
Making the finishing plan unit-wise for on-time shipment.
Making cut to ship order loss tracker.
Daily production report for merchandising & buying house.
Any other tasks are assigned by the management.
