∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Airline Ticket Reservation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Airline Ticket Reservation, Airline Ticketing, GDS SYSTEM, Good Computer Skills and Communication, Leadership and Good Communication skill.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS (Sabre/ Galileo/ Amadeus/Web modules), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service.
∎ Ensure Reservation & Ticketing according to customer's requirement for Airlines, Hotel & others Packages.
∎ Contact customers and travel agents to update them about product & promotions.
∎ Ability to Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Other necessary jobs deemed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Photoshop and Power-Point) Internet browsing and fast typing (Both English & Bengali).
∎ Fluency in written & speaking English is highly expected.
∎ Should be able to work in a team under pressure with multiple functions.
