Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge in Airline Reservation - Booking of airlines through Galileo, Sabre GDS/VRS system, preparation of Itineraries, fare calculation etc.
∎ Providing customer support over E-mail, Social media, Live Chat and SMS.
∎ Providing information regarding Reservation/Airline Tickets/Hotel booking to agencies and partners.
∎ Experience in web based airlines reservation systems.
∎ Able to work in roster-based operations.
∎ Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to those who work in Travel and Tourism Sector.
∎ Fluency in both spoken and written English & Bengali.
∎ Prior knowledge of MS Office, CX and CRM software will have an added advantage. Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information is preferred.
∎ Knowledge on Reservation systems for creating PNR, modifications, processes cancellations, and issuing/ refund ticket are amazing skills to add to your CV.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
