• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology

• Age At least 25 years

• Sound Technical Knowledge on RM, PM , QC Parameter , Food Processing & Food Safety Compliance

• Ability to interpret lab results, specifications, and quality limits

• Clear understanding of end-to-end product flow (raw material → processing → packing → storage)

• Conduct routine inspections and lab tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications and safety standards.

• Monitor key quality parameters (e.g., weight, moisture, taste, texture, microbial counts) following established protocols.

• Enforce internal QA/QC procedures and external regulatory requirements (such as HACCP & ISO 22000 compliance) within the production environment.

• Assist in maintaining product quality systems, SOPs, and technical standards.

• Identify quality deviations, defects, or non-conformities during production.

• Work with production teams to investigate root causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

• Track quality trends to reduce issues and improve consistency.

• Maintain detailed logs of QC checks, test results, deviations, corrective actions, and quality performance metrics.

• Generate daily/weekly quality reports for department head and other stakeholders.

• Ensure that food safety and hygiene protocols are followed on the production floor.

• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing teams to align product specs, solve technical issues, and launch new products.

• Participate in quality improvement projects such as reducing waste, enhancing product consistency, and improving process efficiency.
