Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to obtain Proforma Invoices in a timely manner.
∎ Liaise with the Chittagong office to ensure timely opening and processing of Letters of Credit (LCs).
∎ Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials across IFL distribution and store departments.
∎ Monitor usage of spare parts and assist the HOD in achieving cost-effective and efficient operations.
∎ Assist the HOD in ensuring the timely clearance of goods from ports by coordinating with relevant authorities and departments.
∎ Provide support in space planning, production efficiency, and technical understanding of machinery to aid in operational improvements.
∎ Collaborate with the HOD to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Accurately record and archive meeting minutes for internal reviews and follow-ups.
∎ LC Management ( Import + Export):
∎ Optimize Utilization of Resources:
∎ Handling customs-related issues:
∎ Production & Machinery Insight:
∎ Meeting Documentation:
∎ Assisting the HOD in the team building
