Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc / MSc in Dairy Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In all activities related to Cheese production.
∎ Shift reporting, Shift manpower monitoring, plant operation monitoring etc.
∎ Monitoring all process to reduce the wastage percentage.
∎ To implement the regulatory guide lines of regulatory agencies, i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, control, flow, range of the plant/machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, personal hygiene & cleanliness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
