∎ Job Location: Factory at Gazipur/Habigonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure shift wise production target as per production plan.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of manpower & wastage control and minimum downtime of machinery.
∎ Ensure quality control standards and assuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
∎ Overseeing production process by coordinating all inter department activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Fresher/ 5 to 6 years' experience in spinning factory will be preferred.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
