Job Context

Meghna Bulk Bag Industries Limited (MBBIL) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). Currently, MBBIL is seeking candidates for Executive position for the Production Department. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing the processing and finishing aspects of the manufacturing operations. The person will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and quality, collaborating with various cross-functional teams to streamline production processes, minimize waste, and foster continuous improvement and will report directly to the Plant Head.

Job Responsibilities

• Set clear production targets and diligently track progress to ensure timely achievement.

• Develop capacity plans and create production schedules to optimize efficiency and ensure timely operations.   

• Collaborate with teams to set up production lines based on planning and resource availability.

• Implement close monitoring systems to optimize hourly production rates.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth supply of input materials.

• Meet delivery schedules and consistently uphold quality requirements.

• Set up traceability systems and uphold workplace organization.

• Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials to optimize outcomes.

• Reduce rework and waste in production processes through implemented strategies.

• Oversee overall shift operations, including staff management, operational oversight, communication, and resource management to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Create Bill of Materials, post production, and process inventory in the SAP system to ensure accurate and efficient operations.

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and FSSC 22000 certification standards.
