Experience:
B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
Candidates who have experience with logic software will get preference.
Work experience with machine brands Fukahama, Jun Long, and Pailung.
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.
Plan & execute all knitting-related activities to achieve maximum output through optimum utilization of man, machine & material as per defined KPI.
Coordinate with all related departments to ensure the machine will not go idle, and monitor the shift-wise production target.
Confirm the accurate quality of fabric construction as per the buyer’s requirement.
Find and report problems of each machine for proper functioning with good maintenance.
Trained/motivated the worker to monitor the process at each stage and follow the checkpoints.
Maintain the job cards on every machine with fulfill all parameters e.g. PO no, yarn count, composition, Dia, GG, Stitch length & knitting plan route, etc.
Responsible for daily knitting production output & daily targets with the least rejection.
Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
