Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an astute & energetic Production Executive to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods on time. The applicant must have deep knowledge of Garments Accessories products like Elastic, Drawstring, Twill Tape, Sewing thread, Label, etc.
∎ The Executive – Production will be responsible for overseeing the production of target production & ensuring that production schedules are met, and managing a team of production staff. In addition, the Executive – Production will also work closely with the product development team to ensure that designs are efficiently manufactured and meet quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Booking TDS, Approval & Production Plan Receive from Manager
∎ Make Requisition Booking wise & Collect RM from Store & Handover to Warping Section with Warping Work Order after QC Pass.
∎ Provide necessary direction to Supervisor for Setting the Machine according to given plan by following TDS & Correct Material-when receive Beam from Warping.
∎ After completing machine Setting, 1st Output Must be check with TDS & Handover to QC Team for Final Approval. if all okay then go for Bulk.
∎ Ensure Target wise Production achievement according to Planning team’s target
∎ Guide Supervisor & Operator in order to ensure output goods quality is perfectly okay with approval.
∎ Ensure daily basis handover Produced goods to Finishing Section & Follow-up in finishing time goods quality is okay with as per TDS.
∎ Keep record daily handover goods to finishing back page of booking Sheet & after closing its Handover to Manager.
∎ Each order after delivery complete excess RM return to store as per SOP
∎ Order wise closing report making & hand over to Manager
∎ Monthly WIP report making & handover to Manager
∎ Strongly Follow up Both Shift Manpower for Proper Utilization.
∎ Strongly Follow up Product Technical Issue as per given instruction by Manager.
∎ Arrange Daily Morning Meeting for Five minutes shift wise for Production Related Issue.
∎ Work closely with supervisor and workers on improving the production efficiency by adhering quality & approval.
∎ To oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
∎ Ensure all aspect of an operations or process meet according to specific requirements.
∎ Ensure Production Area neat & clean.
∎ Ensure on time Delivery
∎ Ensure reduce the wastage below 1.5%
∎ Ensure warping & setting time as per given Time Frame by IE
∎ Maintain re-order level for Spare Parts
∎ Perform any other task by the management
