Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in conducting need assessment for training and staff development to enhance effectiveness of employee performance in achieving goals and objectives of the company. Prepare annual training plan, coordinate participants and training providers to organize training effectively and assess effectiveness. Organizing orientation program for new joiners.
∎ Develop team building and leadership development exercises/ workshops/ training/ seminars etc. Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities.
∎ Assist in tracking performance appraisal of all employees. Identify critical positions and assist in initiating development plan for potential employees. Also, implement performance improvement plan for poor performers.
∎ Design and implement employee engagement initiatives/ programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
∎ Initiate programs to increase employer Branding of IPDC and continuously take new initiatives.
∎ Assist in planning, implementing, evaluating and reviewing policies and procedures relating to organizational development in consultation with line manager and management.
