∎ A candidate for the position must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or any other related filed. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.

∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in a Composite Knit Garments in sourcing related.
∎ Should have solid track record of success.
∎ Experience in Textile (Composite Knit Garments: Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing), Garments accessories is preferable.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel is desirable.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in a Composite Knit Garments in sourcing related.
∎ Should have solid track record of success.
∎ Experience in Textile (Composite Knit Garments: Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing), Garments accessories is preferable.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Processes company's payroll every pay period.
∎ Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
∎ Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
∎ Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
∎ Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
∎ Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
∎ Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.
∎ Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
∎ Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records.
∎ Honors confidentiality of employees' pay records.
∎ Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
∎ Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
∎ Coordinate with Finance & Accounts Department from time to time for final settlement of outgoing employees etc.
∎ Any other assignment provided by the top management.
