Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing monthly wages/salary sheet through Kormee with comparing related records & documents.
∎ Manage and coordinate with accounts department for proper payments and deductions like Income Tax and Others.
∎ Preparing monthly joining & resign status.
∎ Maintaining leave records with hard copy of leave form and Handling workers' Database (Personal File Management), Leaves and Attendance Management.
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave encashment bill, PF Settlement, festival bonus bill etc.)
∎ Ensuring confirmation, Increment, loan process smoothly.
∎ Updating employee basic personal information into payroll and upgrade time to time (including Promotion, Increment, Transfer etc).
∎ Manage and analyze Life insurance.
∎ Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures.
∎ Manage for time completion of Salary entry, modification.
∎ Prepare different HR reports in Excel (must be fluent in Excel) for upper management, finance and Accounts department and others (if required).
∎ Calculating and maintaining Income Tax of Employees.
∎ Ensuring and Maintaining different Notices, SOPs and Policies.
∎ Any other tasks given by superiors.
