Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational Requirements: MBA /B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Major in Yarn/Fabric Manufacturing will get more preference)
∎ Result:
∎ S.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00 or equivalent result
∎ H.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00 or equivalent result
∎ B.Sc. - Minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent result
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant has to work with Production team, recording & Production related tasks.
∎ Analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports of Production Department & place to the Management time to time.
∎ Maintain or calculate production target/achievement & report to the Concerned Officer.
∎ Develop strategies that are to be used in implementation of software (ERP) system in the organization.
∎ Collect necessary specification for each department and make sure that their requirements are met.
∎ Need to create and maintain reports that allow the company to get information on daily production activities.
∎ Maintain official documents, report and ensure proper documentation of related files as required.
∎ Co-ordinate with on daily/weekly or monthly basis relating both reports and submit to the concerned authority.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office, Internet & e-mail and ERP Software.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.
Salary: Negotiable
