∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from reputed public/private university.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed university (preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Merchandising, Sound knowledge of Denim Wash, Woven Garments (Bottom)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop the new samples as per buyer's standard, specification and quality.
∎ To follow-up garment development and getting approval from the buyer's end.
∎ To follow-up the preparation of style, size set, seal samples with special care.
∎ Prepare fabric swatch & trim card for buyer's approval before bulk procurement.
∎ Follow-up fabric & accessories booking & in-house follow-up as required.
∎ Production Monitoring as per T&A.
∎ Follow-up the required quality standard from the beginning of inline inspection.
∎ Communicate with planning/commercial team & ensure shipment on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Merchandising Degree/ Certificate course will be added advantage.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle multiple customers.
∎ Ability to handle orders from development to shipment.
∎ Ability to lead the team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Fluency in speaking English.
∎ Self-motivated & ability to work hard.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Interest on international fashion trend
Salary: Negotiable
