∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
∎ Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery to clients.
∎ Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks in the production process.
∎ Liaise with merchandising, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Communicate production updates and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
∎ Business analytics, capacity planning, master production schedule, machine and manpower requirement planning, sales data analysis, real-time production data visualization, and strategic planning.
∎ Assist in planning, leading, monitoring, coordinating, and controlling efficiency, process improvement, quality control, cost optimization, automation, and other relevant projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are fulfilled, and providing regular updates to top management.
∎ Follow up on order status with merchandisers, fabric team, and garment manufacturer to ensure on-time delivery of all goods and to achieve monthly sales projections.
∎ Organize and participate in meetings, ensuring that essential decisions and action items are documented, communicated, and implemented.
∎ Assist in analyzing relevant data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business operations.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing critical findings and emphasizing feasible remedies.
