Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the end-to-end process of new product development, from yarn selection to final fabric, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.
∎ Prepare seasonal fabric collection covering new and original products and present them to buyers effectively.
∎ Manage regular sampling processes along with handling special development requirements for diverse buyer portfolios.
∎ Declaration of bulk production feasibility and achievable parameters in bulk.
∎ Supervise the first bulk production process in collaboration with the quality team, ensuring a seamless transition from development to bulk production.
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of various processes, including yarn dyeing, dyeing, printing, finishing, and quality assessment of diverse products.
