• Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering
• Professional certifications (e.g. CCNA/CCNP) preferred.

• Basic HTML/CSS and CMS experience (WordPress & Shopify).
• Strong editing skills, familiarity with ChatGPT, Jasper, and Google SGE.
• Preferred: Google certifications, agency experience, or multi-location SEO.

Executive - IT Support & SEO Content Development is the position responsible for all sorts of IT Support for Chhuya Agro Products Ltd. and its affiliated companies along with all operations involving SEO Content and Webpage development.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN, servers, printers, CC Camera and internet connections.
• Resolve issues of system performance, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Perform routine tasks such as data backups, antivirus updates, and patch management.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and other IT assets.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement and warranty support.
• Create high-quality, SEO-driven content for blogs, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Support social media marketing by aligning SEO strategies with SMM campaigns.
