Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ OS, Office and Mail related troubleshooting
∎ Hardware (Desktop, Laptop and Printer) related troubleshooting
∎ Network (Switch, Access Point, Router, Wifi and Cable) related setup and troubleshooting
∎ Configure and support android and IOS phone, Smart Phones and TABs
∎ IT Registers Maintenance
∎ Asset Management
∎ Call Register Management
∎ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in RMG sector will get preference.
∎ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
∎ A keen interest and methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Must have pleasant personality.
