Job Context:
∎ 100% export oriented -EPZ based woven garments (Denims) invites Executive of Industrials Production Engineer (IPE)
∎ Job Location: Uttara export processing zone (UEPZ), Nilphamari.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout.
∎ Do Method Study, Motion study, Time study and Line balancing.
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
∎ Do garments manufacturing process break down and machine lay out.
∎ Must have knowledge about SMV efficiency.
∎ Must have knowledge of sample making.
∎ Must have knowledge about bottleneck point & line balancing.
∎ Hourly production monitoring.
∎ Do risk analysis and identify critical operation.
∎ Recommend training for skill up gradation & folder / attachments.
∎ Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
∎ Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials.
∎ Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant on MS office, MS Power Point and E-Mail communication
∎ Ability to work independently and in under pressure.
