  • Candidates must have experience in inspection and quality control processes.

  • A strong background in industrial and leather engineering, will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare the daily operation bulletin and line layout.

  • Check workers` daily attendance and make adjustments to balance the production line.

  • Monitor in-line hourly production and follow up to achieve daily targets.

  • Follow up on new style changes and record QCO (Quick Change Over) time.

  • Conduct regular and required time studies, capacity studies, and motion study follow-ups.

  • Analyze individual operators’ skill levels and monitor their performance.

  • Identify bottleneck processes and balance the line accordingly.

  • Fix and monitor line score sheets based on hourly output.

  • Conduct production studies based on critical processes.

  • Implement 5S in the working area.

  • Validate costing SOT (Standard Operating Time) and perform SOT validation.

  • Coordinate with sewing technicians and line supervisors for line setup and feeding.

  • Execute the production plan in the production line.

  • Evaluate the skills of employees during recruitment for new manpower.

  • Update the skill matrix on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.

  • Assess, calculate, and record Non-Production Time (NPT) in production lines and work to reduce NPT.

  • Train relevant employees to increase productivity.

  • Prepare cumulative SMV (Standard Minute Value) for each process (Cutting, Preparation, Setting, Quality, Finishing, Packing) for regular styles.
