Additional Requirements:

• Age 28 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Ensure overall fire safety management and compliance in factory.

2. Inspect and maintain fire equipment (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants).

3. Conduct fire drills, safety training, and emergency evacuation.

4. Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.

5. Maintain fire safety documents and audit readiness.

6. Supervise housekeeping activities in production (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).

7. Ensure cleanliness in chemical, leather, and warehouse areas.

8. Manage proper waste disposal and keep walkways & exits clear.

9. Maintain 5S and compliance standards (BSCI/SEDEX/ISO).
