Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation Complete from any reputed university.
∎ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/Textile Engineering or a related field from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the line-wise productions, line balancing, workers' individual efficiency, production efficiency.
∎ Have the knowledge to follow up on the total production system from cutting to finishing.
∎ Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and quality with minimum cost.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of the skills of the workers, and machine, to minimize the cost.
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity.
∎ Identify and remove causes of delay in production to meet shipment dates.
∎ Monitor line wise production report, on hourly output basis.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting and achievement monitoring.
∎ Check all IE related reports (time/method /motion/capacity study report of the floor on the basis of individual buyer).
∎ Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in garments or textile industries.
∎ Candidates from Gazipur, Khilkhet,Uttora, Savar are highly encourage to apply.
∎ Computer friendly with experience in Word, Excel, Data Base or Accounting Program.
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Accounts, Computer skill.
