∎ MBA / BBA major in Human Resource Management from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for end to end field force recruitment with proper manpower planning and also facilitate in management and non-management recruitment process.
∎ Conduct Training program for the field forces and prepare quarterly development plan accordingly.
∎ Maintain liaison with govt. and non-govt. organization for license, membership,trademark,copyright etc.
∎ Process and ensure on-time final settlement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ 1-2 years Experiences in FMCG field force management will get Preference.
∎ Ready to travel outside of dhaka for zonal recruitment and field forces Development Training
∎ Must have advanced Computer literacy especially MS Excel.
